Systems that hold up when the business is busy.

We build the internal tools your people actually use, keep the infrastructure behind them running, and answer the phone when something breaks.

What we do

Six things, done properly

Most of our work sits where business process, data and infrastructure meet. We bring all three, so nothing falls between suppliers.

S01

Custom software

When the spreadsheet, the Access database or the clever manual workaround has finally had enough.

S02

Managed IT support

A helpdesk your staff can actually reach, plus the patching, backups and asset tracking nobody wants to own.

S03

Cloud & infrastructure

Move what should move, keep what should not, and fix the access model and the bill on the way through.

S04

Cyber security

The Essential Eight, prioritised, implemented, and written up as evidence you can hand to a client or insurer.

S05

Data & reporting

One version of the truth, refreshed on a schedule, in the place your people already look.

S06

Web & integrations

Sites that load quickly — and connect to the systems that run the business behind them.

Why people call us

The eight things we get asked to fix

If two or three of these sound familiar, that is usually enough to start.

P01

The spreadsheet runs the business

One person maintains it, nobody dares change it, and it breaks at month-end.

P02

Nobody owns IT

Hardware, licences and support were bought at different times by different people.

P03

Backups have never been restored

A backup that has never been tested is an assumption, not a plan.

P04

Systems do not talk

The same data is typed into two, three, four places — and they disagree.

P05

Reporting takes days

Month-end is a manual scramble instead of a scheduled email.

P06

Access is too wide

Shared logins, ex-staff accounts still active, admin rights for convenience.

P07

A client sent a security questionnaire

You need evidence, priorities and a plan — not a lecture.

P08

A key person is leaving

Their knowledge of the system leaves with them unless it is written down.

How we think

Before we build anything, we find out what is holding the business up.

Most problems we are called about are not exotic. Backups that have never been restored. Three people sharing an admin login. A process only one person knows. That is where the real risk sits — and it is usually cheap to fix.

  • A written scope and fixed price before any work starts
  • Access, backups and monitoring reviewed first
  • Everything documented and handed over — you own it
  • We say no to work that does not make sense for you

Software only works if it is used

Every project ends with training and documentation — because a system your team works around is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced. We hand over access, credentials and a written record of how it fits together.

  • Credentials issued in your name, not ours
  • Runbook written for whoever inherits the system
  • Two weeks of aftercare included at handover
What that looks like

A week after go-live, this is normal

Support questions are about the work, not about how the system is put together. Nobody is emailing a spreadsheet around. And when someone is on leave, their jobs are still visible to everyone else.

Day 10Runbook reviewed against what actually happenedUs

Most of the businesses we work with do not need more technology. They need the technology they already pay for to actually work — and someone who answers the phone when it doesn’t.

Who you deal with

Three roles, and you will know all three names

No account managers, no ticket lottery, no relaying messages between you and your own project.

R01

Scoping

The conversation, the plan and the price — the person answerable for the work.

R02

Delivery

The person building and testing it, and telling you early when something will slip.

R03

Support

The person who answers when something breaks, and who already knows your setup.

Fit

Straight about who we are for

Working with the wrong supplier wastes a year. Here is where we do well, and where we do not.

A good fit if

  • 5–200 staff with real operational systems
  • You want someone to tell you the truth about what you have
  • There is a process that hurts and a budget to fix it
  • You value documentation and being able to hold the keys
  • Perth based, or happy working remotely with a Perth team

Probably not a fit if

  • You need someone on site every day (we are not a helpdesk body shop)
  • The lowest hourly rate is the deciding factor
  • You want a build with no involvement from your team
  • A 3-year lock-in contract is the goal
  • You need 24/7 phone coverage in five time zones
How an engagement runs

Four stages, each with something you can hold

STAGE 01

First conversation

What is happening, what you have tried, what it costs you. Half an hour is usually enough to know whether we are the right fit.

STAGE 02

Discovery & proposal

We look at the systems, capture requirements, cost the options — then send a written fixed-price proposal.

STAGE 03

Delivery

Work in short stages. You see it working and can change priorities between stages without starting over.

STAGE 04

Handover & support

Documentation, training, access handed over. An ongoing arrangement if you want one — not because you have to.

Questions

The ones people ask first

How do you charge?
Fixed-scope projects are quoted in writing after a discovery conversation — sometimes free, sometimes a small paid assessment if the environment needs real investigation. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer sized on users and devices.
Do you work outside Perth?
Yes. We are based in Perth and most clients are in WA, but we support remote teams across Australia and work remotely by default.
We already have an IT provider. Is that a problem?
Usually not. A lot of our work is project-based alongside an existing provider — software, a cloud migration, a security uplift, reporting — without touching your support arrangement.
What size business do you work with?
Generally 5 to 200 staff. Big enough to have real systems and obligations, small enough that we can talk to the people who decide.
How soon can you start?
Discovery within one to two weeks. Delivery dates are confirmed in the proposal, not guessed at on the phone.
Do you subcontract?
For specialist work — licensed electrical, structural, legal — yes, and we coordinate it so you still have one point of contact.
Next step

Tell us what is getting in the way

Half an hour on the phone is usually enough to say whether we can help, what it would take and roughly what it costs. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you who is.
